Fidencio Flores - The Winemaker

Fidencio is a contemporary vintner grounded in Old World traditions, shaped both by his upbringing in California’s Santa Ynez Valley and by the guidance of renowned mentors. Calling himself a “child of the dirt,” he blends respect for time-honored winemaking techniques with a forward-thinking approach, balancing artistry and precision at every turn. Together, we collaborate closely with Fidencio, ensuring his expertise guides every stage of the process—from nurturing the vines in the vineyard to crafting and refining the wine as it makes its way into the bottle. His vision, experience, and dedication are central to the character and quality of each wine we produce.
